Our rooms and dormitories are comfortably furnished with local wood. The Berndlalm features 9 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 quadruple room with hot and cold water as well as 2 dormitories (8 persons and 9 persons respectively). Showers and toilets are located on the floor. For overnight accommodation in the dormitories, please bring a hut sleeping bag and your own towels.

The wonderful natural landscape and the soothing tranquillity make a stay at the Almgasthof Berndlalm unique. Enjoy a wonderful break in the rustic and warm atmosphere of our extended and renovated guesthouse. Both amateur and experienced nature lovers flock to the numerous hiking and summit tours. After an eventful day, kick back and relax in the sun loungers or in the cosy guest garden. With inclement evening weather, loose yourself in interesting books from our library or challenge your friends and family on entertaining board games... and leave all your worries behind. The Berndlalm is free of Wi-Fi, TV and mobile phones. Needless to say, the house phone is available for emergencies.
Exit the main road west of Neukirchen in the direction of Sulzau/Obersulzbachtal and follow the road through the Sulzau district. Shortly before the Gasthof Siggen, the road leads to the right over the bridge of the Obersulzbach and then immediately veers to the left into Obersulzbach valley.
You can drive your vehicle to Hopffeldboden car park; from there, you can hike to the Berndlalm (walking time is about 1.5 hours) or have the Venediger taxi pick you up and/or collect your luggage. Please give us a call and let us know your preference.
